At FamilyPharm, we are dedicated to ensuring your products are delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We use reliable shipping methods and carefully handle the packaging to guarantee the safety of your items. Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • All packages ship for free via Singpost.

  • Orders with multiple items in them will be consolidated into one package. 

  • Packages will be sent out within 1-2 working days from the day the order was placed. Expect for packages to arrive 3-5 working days after orders are placed.

Shipping for subscription 

  • Each bottle of supplements and vitamins will last you exactly 4 weeks, and so we will time the shipment of your next bottle to be sent out on the 3rd week so that it will have enough time to reach you. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/ Cancellations Policy

  • FamilyPharm does not accept returns of orders once shipped. If your order arrived damaged in the mail, please write to us with photo evidence of the damage and we will do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

  • Cancellations of subscriptions are possible and can be managed under your account. Cancellations of subscriptions will take effect from the next billing cycle.
